Photorealistic strict side view of a muscular man with short dark hair and a short beard, shirtless, black shorts with a lime waistband, blue running shoes, in a bright modern gym, using a seated leg press machine with a weight stack. The footplate is fixed at the left side of the frame, the seat with backrest on rails at the right. END position: the seat has slid far away from the footplate along the rails, his legs are extended almost completely straight (knees nearly straight but not locked), feet flat on the footplate, a large distance between his hips and the footplate, back and head on the backrest, hands on the side handles. The weight stack is RAISED: only the plates above the selector pin are lifted up with a clearly visible gap, the plates below the pin remain down, the pin stays in the same plate. Whole machine and whole man fully inside the frame with margin on all sides. No text, no logos, no watermark.
