Keep the same room, TV and grandmother from the reference image. There is only ONE armchair: the grandmother's armchair in the foreground, no second armchair, no extra furniture between the armchair and the TV, empty floor in front of the TV. The fluffy ginger cat lies on the top of the same armchair backrest right next to the grandmother's head, with its back to the camera, facing the TV, we see only its back, ears and tail. The glossy TV screen is washed out by bright sun glare and shows a clear mirror reflection: in the reflection we see the grandmother's face with round glasses and, right next to her, the ginger cat's face, both small and slightly faded by the glare. 3D animated cartoon style, soft cinematic lighting, highly detailed, vertical 9:16
