Strict first-person POV through the patient’s eyes. The camera is completely locked and absolutely motionless for the entire shot: no shaking, no drifting, no swaying, no translation, no pan, no tilt, no zoom, no rotation. The shot begins with the existing view. Then the entire image gradually and continuously falls out of focus, becoming increasingly soft, blurred and visually indistinct. Once the vision becomes blurred, it stays blurred for the rest of the shot and never returns to focus. While the image remains out of focus, simulate the patient naturally opening and closing her eyes. Each blink affects the entire frame: the image smoothly darkens to black as the eyelids close, stays dark very briefly, then opens back to the same blurred view. Several irregular slow blinks, as if she is exhausted and struggling to keep her eyes open. The bright surgical lamp becomes a large soft overexposed glow through the blurred vision. Doctors remain in their original positions and continue subtle natural movements, but become increasingly indistinct as the vision loses focus. The viewpoint itself never moves. All visual change comes only from progressive defocus and eyelid blinking. The patient is never visible in frame. No body, no face, no silhouette, no reflection. No morphing, no camera movement, no refocusing.
